Summary:
The world is ruled through a variety of tests and examines, all done as one grows and changes. Genetics, Evaluations, and Placements all determine your status and where you will work, live, and love.
After a variety of Evaluations and Placements that leave him mistrustful of his family, Dean Winchester moves to the country, and becomes what is called "Savage" - a person who will not take a Placement or accept his new Evaluation. In desperation, the family releases what they can, and now, Castiel Krushnic is hoping to find Dean for his own reasons.
Dean and he are a match in all categories.
Of course, since Dean is how he is, this means Castiel may have to do things the old-fashioned way. Can he convince Dean to take his Evaluation? And does some paperwork really mean that two people are compatible in every way?
